Welcome to Of Kittens and Curses

Follow the exciting (well, moderately interesting) adventures (more like jaunts, really) of Ken and his sister Alex as they try to reverse a sinister curse (actually, it was an accident) that causes them to spontaneously change into anthropomorphic cats and back into humans again. Start reading about their hilarious antics now! (Actually, it's more like 'kinda funny stuff they do' rather than hilarious antics.) And if that doesn't make you want to read it, try reading this description again without reading the bits in parentheses.

I had no idea...

Woah, hey, wait, when did THIS happen?
It seems like just yesterday when I was awkwardly typing my first summary paragraph, designing the banner, and telling everyone I know (and several people I don't know) to read this.

And now... Ninety-nine comics? Wow...

Crap. Now I have to think of something special to do for the 100th comic.
Aaaargh...

No news, actually.

You're lucky you even got a comic today. I know I haven't done one in a week or two, but we're still dealing with moving. We haven't sold the house yet.
Also, my birthday was two days before Halloween, so I've been playing with my presents. =D
I may start just posting scanned images of ones I drew during school to save time rather than redrawing them in Flash... But I think that would be sacrificing too much in the way of quality, so you'll just have to wait. And wait. And wait until I feel guilty enough to post another comic.
'Till then!

Delay...?

I might not get a comic up this week. I haven't worked on this in... awhile. Not on the computer, anyway. I've been drawing a lot on paper, trying to figure out where the story's going. I accidentally designed a new character, so I've been drawing a lot of strips with that character in it that has nothing to do with the current story. Also, Dungeons and Dragons has taken over a large portion of my life. You'd be surprised at how long it takes to make an adventure. DMing is hard.
Aside from that, I've also been animating in Flash a bit, even uploading my first movie to Newgrounds. I've no plans for an animated episode of OKAC, though, mostly because I don't have the voices for it and I want everything to take place in the webcomic, not in any additional media. The fact that we're moving to Missouri soon only exacerbates things.
So I don't know when I'll post again. Bear with me...

Switching to Weekly mode

I've decided to go to weekly mode. This way I can set up the comics months in advance and then sit around and do nothing while you people wait week after week. Hee hee. At the time of writing this, I've already got the comics through October 9th up. Wednesday at midnight it oughta update. My midnight.

So check back Wednesday, and enjoy!

Hiatus

This comic is now officially on hiatus. I'm gonna step back and take some time to get adjusted to the school schedule (which starts tomorrow), then see if I still have enough free time to work on this.
I'm sad to say that this comic may have to wait until next summer to continue.

HAHAHA, who am I kidding? I go to school in OKLAHOMA, I'm sure it won't take me long to get adjusted to everything. Don't worry, OKAC will return soon enough.

My first new post

Alright, first of all, I did not get bored and quit doing the comic two days after creating it. I just have been spending all my free time at a friend's house, located conviently down the street. However, I have been writing...and writing... and when I do update, there will probably be a lot. I may set it to realease one every four hours or something so as not to flood you with comics.
Another important subject is the one of cowriters. As much as I appreciate anyone wishing to help me with this comic, it doesn't really need help. Also, I like the way it's going and I'm going to write it the way I want. Alone. Sorry.
And now... I'm going to go to bed. Good night.
